Which vehicle should I book?

First, decide how many passengers will be travelling. Visit our Fleet Page then. Zero on to cars, coaches that match your requirement and comfort level. Finally, let your budget guide you in booking executive, premium or luxury vehicle.

Can you offer a vehicle on a per K.m rate ?

Only for outstation trips, vehicles may be booked on per km rate, subject to a minimum chargeable mileage limit, which varies from city to city. All state taxes, toll taxes & parking fee are however, charged additionally.

Can you quote me in currencies, other than INR?

We accept payments in US Dollars, UK Pound &Euros. Sometimes, we may accept other foreign currencies too.

What do your hire charges Include?

Usually, our pre-quoted hire charges include–services of a chauffeur, fuel, Inter- state Taxes, insurance and maintenance.

What do your hire charge Exclude?

Toll taxes, parking fee, driver’s allowance & service tax, unless specified otherwise.

Do the pre-quoted vehicle hire charges include the boarding & lodging of driver?

Yes, it includes driver’s board & lodging expenses. Tipping is a custom, not mandatory.

How do you calculate the mileage and rental duration (Hours / Days)?

Mileage and rental duration is accountable from our garage to garage.
For local usage, the duration is calculated in hours. For outstation trips, in no. of calendar days

Do you offer any other services besides chauffeured vehicles on rent?

Besides, chauffeured vehicles on rent, we also offer all travel services, including domestic air tickets, tour packages, rail tickets, hotel booking etc.

Why is my bill different than my estimates?

Your final billing reflects actual usage undertaken & other incidental expenses viz. parking fee, toll taxes etc. This may vary from your estimate. Our commitment to you is transparent pricing with no surprises.

How can I get a copy of my receipt or rental agreement for my recent rental?

E-mail or Call us, giving your name & travel details

What are your payment terms?

Payments are to be made in advance through bank transfer. We may also accept cash upon your arrival. In certain cases, to secure your booking, we may request you pay in advance. A secured online credit card payment system will be operational, shortly.

What will happens if I change/extend my scheduled tour program during the trip ?

This may be possible if you inform us in time and will be subject to supplementary / revised hire charges.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our vehicle booking cancellation policy is mentioned below:
Advance notice period Cancellation charges
16 – 30 days OR More Nil
10 – 15 days 10%
5 – 9 days 20%
0-4 days 50%

The advance notice period will be accounted for from the 1st day of the scheduled booking.
In case of a tour package (inclusive of Hotel accommodation, Air / Train tickets), we may be forced to levy different cancellation/withholding charges, which will be conveyed at the time of occurrence.

How do you ensure on-road passenger safety?

Our rigorous driver recruitment process and in-house training program ensures a safe drive. Fleet is fitted with GPS enabling complete tracking. Our strict preventive & periodic vehicle maintenance policy results in consistent, reliable & trouble-free service.

What type of insurance do you offer while I'm renting a vehicle?

We hold a comprehensive Motor Insurance Policy for all our vehicles. In case of any mishap, the conditions mentioned in the Motor Insurance Policy held by us are applicable, which may be examined while hiring. Claims, if any, are payable only in INR.

Does my personal insurance policy protect me in the event of an accident?

As there are numerous insurers and policies, it is difficult for us to clarify your entitlements and coverage. However, we recommend you to seek the necessary clarifications in this regard from your respective insurance company.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten a personal belonging in a vehicle?

Guests are solely responsible for taking care of their belongings. But in such cases, please ensure that you call us OR report the issue by mail, at the earliest. If found, we’ll try our best to have it returned at the earliest.
